    That is brilliant!!

    I thoroughly recommend the film 'Downfall' from which the scenes are taken. All about the last days of the Third Reich. Superb acting throughout.

    Very good would have been great to have the counter point of Maggie starting the whole thing by beginning the "Nation of Home Owners" bandwagon and selling off public housing at a discount

    The reality is that house prices are artificially created by economic rationing when a house that last year had a resale value of 164,000 but rebuild cost of only 68,000 its not to hard to realise something is wrong.

    If every one needing to build payed the agriculture price of 40p a sq mt we would not be in this mess but there is no profit in that for the city

    Consumer credit has been "funding the economy" (whilst creating no real new wealth) for a very long time now its time to pay

    As well as all that having an ecomony and industry base which is as about as useful as a choclate fireguard so step up most of the goverments since the beginning of the last century
