    Birth Certificate

    Hello everybody, I am sorting documents for fiancee visa application, I would like to ask if it's necessary to submit my fiance's son Birth Certificate even if he is 24 years old and already have a good full time job
    Don't make promises when you are in JOY. Don't reply when you are SAD.
    Don't take decisions when you are ANGRY. Think twice, Act wise. BE happy.

    in the uk if your over 18, your no longer classed as a minor, could be still dependent on your hubby, but no, should be no need to, their an adult now

    Hello joebloggs, I will apply fiance visa soon ,i would like to ask advices regarding birth certificate of my fiance's kids. They are still young below 18 years old. Do you think I need their birth certificate in my application? thank you in advance and any reply is really appreciated.

    No need to include that in your application.

    Hi Pat, when I apply for my visa the children of my hubby are still minor but we dont bother to include their birth certificate in my application.

    Thanks for the response charlwill. I am waiting for other documents from my fiance before I lodge my application. We try to complete all by January.
