spouse visa aplication fee

hi, i am pleased to see my evidance of relationship has arived in manila and is on the way to my wife soon.
forgive me for being ignorant in such matters but i,m not sure of the best way to get the visa fee to my wife.
if i am to use western union ,which i normaly do it seems to be an awful lot of money to be carrying around.
i have never used a bank card to send money to her and dont know how to do it or what type of card can be used.
any advice would be apreciated.

Totally agree with that. It isn't the fastest or cheapest method but to my experience it has been the most reliable.
And if you already have a verified paypal account it is a doddle to set up.

ok thanks i have checked zooms prices with western union and they apear to be cheaper.
