    New Real Estate Project Completed

Just to let all forum members know, my latest project is now completed, at

    http://www.british-filipino.com/realestate.html

It is a useful tool, I built over last 3 weeks, regarding all aspects of property purchase for the British investor.

Since a question came up, I thought people were aware of it.

    Happy reading.

Very good and informative page Pete thank you for all the time and effort you put in.

Better hide it though from the Missus, as she will start going on about the House she wants to bulid back in Laguna againh. We have the land but knowing how crazy buliding work is in the UK wheter DIY or Hired help. I can't imagine how crazy it will be out there.

i think renting is the best option.

why but a place for £6000, when you can rent it for £20/mo?

You have a good experience in building a house in Asawa forum archives.
Just a warning, load it only if you have an high speed internet links (either ADSL or cable) are there are a lot of photos in the thread:

Also this one is interesting about costs and gives links to others building experience:

    Great job Pete!
I thought you were only doing DIY in the house (LOL!)
