It seems to me, there are far too many shipping disasters in the Philippines.
Putting money before safety.
It seems most people only know of Nurses (no bad thing), Imeldas shoe collection and sadly ferry disasters with regards to phill.
Things really do need to change, how a country with probably more sailors than any other nation has so many easily avoid deaths.
