Yes it does!! Especially as they consistently qualify for the knock-out stages year after year, and are in the top 15 of money won across the globe each year....I reckon that qualifies them as the Big 4 in the Prem.....I doubt it's Stoke, West Ham, Man City, & Newcastle!!!
