need an advice!

we have a friend who married to a filipina and they live in england.2 years ago our friend while on his holiday in phils,he got involve with a girl here in phils.she got pregnant and give birth to a baby boy.she dont want anything to do with the baby but our friend would like to take his baby son to england.he has no problem with the mother even he fetch the baby in england and she is in full agreement with it.
my question are:is it no problem to the embassy if he fetch his son in england?what paper works he needs?is there any pit falls?
his filipina wife is not angry and she would accept his son if he came to england.

I hope this guy realises and apreciates what a special wife he's got! I don't know what he would need to do that...I imagine it shouldn't be too much of a problem though.. Are they entirely sure that the mother doesn't want this child? Frankly I think it's probable that she will change her mind at some point..

yep i bet she will .Mind you that or how about some money to help get over her looseing her child .Would thay have to have a dna test to prove its his child .Becouse the child isent from his wife, just a women he picked up could be any child, mmmm i dont think he ll have holiday on his own again lol gaz/maybs
