I am guessing...it's one of the line's they usually use, maybe to catch your attention so you would think, Oh Wow! she's saying i love you then they will think they just made your heart melt... I own an internet cafe, I see & hear that line almost everyday.
Bu then again, on a different perspective...maybe she did fall in love at first glance lol
