    Penny we've been together 11 yrs. this year. Its a hard work to make your married life last longer. Total commitment, sacrifice,honesty and loyalty,love and understanding and most of all communication.Avoid a very heated argument if you can.If you're very angry cool yourself down before talking to the hubby, don't confront him.
    Well we can't avoid a slight argument but don't let it go big.

    We seldom argue really. My hubby got a very good humour and sarcasm. Natural for a scouser.
    I dont think we can reach to a golden anniversary cause I'm on my early fifties and I'll
    be over a hundred by then.

    Thanks Ping! That's long years and wish you reach silver anniversary if you can't reach golden. I used to be honest eversince, loyal, loving and understanding. When I get married, commitment and sacrifice were added. We had no heated agrument for 5 years and the first one was when I lost my mobile for the 3rd time.But that was last for 3 hours only If hubby is in bad mood, I just leave him alone and wait for 15 minutes and after that, he is normal looks like nothing happened. If I am angry, I don't speak English, I speaks Tagalog which makes my hubby more .
