But although he/she is a scammer and many are from the country you mention. Maybe fairer to just call a scammer as Britain and phill have there fair share of con artists and crooks as well.
As we all know many Filipinas and their loved ones suffer from nasty sterotypes.
Ie mail order bride etc.

I email people like that back, and insult them like they never knew they could get insulted!
