It's a new year and i'm determined to get my body back. I stopped training previously as all the travel made it difficult to follow the very aggressive plans i used to follow. But with Pia here I dont travel as much so should be able to keep training to some degree.
I got a new rower yesterday and am to train with that and my gym 6 days a week.
Anyone out there planning to train regularly or lose weight? How are you going about it?
If it would help any of you I can share my training plan which you can adapt to your needs.
