Please help me!

Hi

Please can somebody help me with some advice. I have been searching for a live in carer for quite sometime. The problem is i cannot afford to pay very much money but i can offer quite good living conditions. The carer would get use of a fully furnished self contained house which is adjacent to our house. I am offereing £400/month, and i will pay all utility bills and food costs.

I have two children and am expecting a third this summer. My eldest child Oliver has cerebal palsy he is 6 years old (He is unable to talk or walk). I need help with the children and around the house.I don't need anybody with specific qualifications just somebody who is kind, reliable and hard working.

usually they will ask to double or triple your offer though the conditions are great. if i were the carer, i would ask about the duties and responsibilites, and how many hours of work per week so i can manage to get other part time job.
