Why would they refuse you? You've been waiting 8 weeks, and one of those weeks was Christmas. Just because it took longer than some others, it doesn't mean that they have refused you. I don't know what to say to make you less stressed, I am really hoping you hear news soon. And I am hoping it is positive for you. But no news is sometimes good news.
