If I where you sis just submit all photo copies docs, but as the other says here yes they will give you back the original. And als the the CARDS and photos...

addition to that.. they will also return all the receipts, printed chats and emails, letter of support.

the only thing they won't give you back is the application form.

I didn't photo copy my emails and chat prints before... I submit it all, print it with small fonts and back to back..
