I'm guessing that you are in Philippines, and you want to marry in the UK during May 2009.
What application are you submitting? If it's a fiancee visa application, you need to submit it immediately. It can take up to 13 weeks for the Embassy to consider your application and issue the visa - that would take you up to the beginning of May.
