Your situation is very complicated ...I think the first thing that you should look into is how her divorce will affect her visa ...usually, when a marriage breaks down before the specified time of a "spouse/partner leave to remain" (2 years) and that person wants to remain in the UK, he or she will need to apply and qualify to stay in the UK on a different basis.
