you will do appointment through online to submit your application to VFS,that number is when you are on follow up,because the waiting figure is 13 weeks,so if you think you had 13 weeks already,you can call the british embassy to follow up your status,but most of members here calling them doesnt make any sense is always the waiting.......

No but you can click that site to book an appointment online then that numbers is for you to call when you want to follow up your visa application..

Very true Ate Juliet, it's not worthy to phone them though..I've been waiting for 16 weeks and still the same when we phoned them lol..No new updates! Phoning them will cost you a lot ..
