can someone give me an advice
My boyfriend s a Pakistani,he s got an indefinite visa and he works as a doctor.
And I m here with an au pair visa.
Am i eligable to marry him and apply for extencion of my visa in home office.
We ve been thinking to go to pakistan and get married there nd come back here before my visa finishes and i go back in my country.
So I ll get spouse visa here ? I wont need working permit with that? And I wont be international student right?

May we know what nationality are you please?
With your Au Pair Visa, until when will it be valid?
And BF is a doctor and has got ILR visa...

Can somebody help please?
These are her concerns:

1) Is she allowed to marry here even in Au Pair Visa?
2) Or shall they be married in Pakistan as she suggested or (her own country), and her new "husband" will declare her as his Dependant... his Wife
3) What are the rules regarding these please?

au pair visa is a strange one and your under 21 !
