As i remember it post somewhere here in forumas long as you can submit all the necessary documents need in your visa application and your fiance can state on the sponsor letter how delighted you are to become a parents for your lil one.
Don't stress yourself...be strong in such a hard situation, you will be alright, keep the faith

Remember airlines wont allow pregnant women to get on board, i mean those who nearly to give birth.
