proof of no marriage..wat certificate?

Hi just want to ask what proof of no marriage certficate did your fiance submitted? we are applying for fiancee visa and we cannot figure out wat certificate to get, to prove that my fiance never been married...he is not allowed to get cert of non -impediment because we are not going to be married here.

if anyone can answer my Q, i would appreciate it. thnks!
