hi iam having the same problem so wot ive done now is registard to marry in the phillippines so can get the certivicate of inpendment iam sending it to my fiance as proof even tho we dont intend to marry there but that should still prove to cfo iam single then we will just reregistar to marry again in the uk when she comes so hopfuly that will work .
