If u are qualified to teach in the PI yes you can
Part of the requirements in applying for a visa is your financial status. That is very important. I think it wont be easy in your part as you mentioned the limited income

I am a qualified teacher in the PI and not easy to get a job here in the teaching field. I plan to get some courses while at home

    welcome here
It's good to have money and the things that money can buy, but it's good to check up once in a while to make sure you haven't lost the things that money can't buy.

My advice is get some income and get her over here, despite all the bad news lately about the economy, your still stand a better chance financially here! I'd LOVE to go live in Philippines I would, but I'm a thrifty bugger I must make money, I'm sure I could get an income if I lived in Philly, but it will probably be pitiful compared to what I could earn here..

Yap! I agree to Nigel advice, life in Philippines is nice and wonderful if you have enough money. If you have much money, you are famous and have lots of friends @_@ And if you dont have money, it was hard, You cannot claim any benifit like here. And if you are sick in the PHil, oh my! medicine, hospital & doctors fee is very expensive my friend. Think very carefully. Study the pros & cons
