    hi darren-b as of now we are not charge of my scanning,..but yup thats my big worry also coz i know im not entitle with his nhs yet so its expensive if im going to give birth here..im really sorry thats why i post this thread coz i dont know what to do...

    I suggest to go home and give birth there.
    You will have the support and help from your family that you need at that time.

    Regardless of birth place, the child will still be entitled to a British Passport if the name of the father and nationality are stated on the birth certificate.

    Besides, this would give him time to get his business in order and get proper documentation ready for a spouse visa.

    yup ur right thats the best thing also coz i need my mom as of now,..it does'nt mean that im afraid its just its my first time to have a baby also and maybe if im not here things will be sorted out faster and we can start ours soon...thanks a lot

    Hi Dom. I think I read on another post recently that it is no longer automatic as of 2005. Not sure though.
    Be responsible with little so that you can be trusted with much!!

    The only recent rule change I know of is "If you were born before 1 July 2006 you may not qualify if your parents were not married at the time of your birth.". But in this case the change of rule is likely to help.

    hi i think it doesnt matter also coz we have plans to get married soon,..when all the papers are ready... thanks for the reply...

    As I said though I think you will struggle to get back to the the UK with another visit visa so soon, so you may not have a decision to make (assuming you are not considering overstaying).

    hi darren...of course not i dont want to have a problem of my setlement visa soon...and yup ur right ive been thinking about that also,thats what i kept telling to my bf that its a waste of visa fee coz its not refundable and also theres lots have been denied....just hope we can find the right decision soon b4 i go home...thanks a lot
