i have no idea about this thing, anyway, i reckon you are married that's why your baby's name is in your name and you don't need to sign the child BC your wife just show your marriage contract..is that right? I thought if your married to filipina you are allowed to stay in Phils for 1 year?
If you want you can just keep renewing the visas for 16 months and then some or pop over to Thailand or Hong Kong and you can start again if you pay the fees about 30 quid a month or so its pretty easy you dont even have to go anywhere somone will do it for you for a few bob
