No, Arthur. As I told you last week, this means that VFS have finished checking that the application paperwork is complete, and have forwarded it to the embassy. It is the embassy staff who will perform all the background checks.

Also, as I warned you, the status will not change any further until the decision has been made and the paperwork is released for return by courier.
