probably is, the guys email address is a yahoo one

and the telephone number dialing code is a 070 which is a kinda premium number

this is the telephone number for the hotel
it should start with 020 7915 0000 a london dialing code.
not the one in your email

you cannot be offered a job, they would need a work permit for you (tier 2 or tier 3) and they are points based now.. difficult to get

so dont waste your money..
