so, why have you not applied for a spouse visa ?
your wife has a job, savings and a place to live, you have evidence of a relationship..
as for you overstaying, mandatory bans dont apply to spouses, so there is a good chance it will not effect your app, if there is another reason to refuse your app, then the overstaying will probably be used as a secondary reason to refuse you.
your wife needs about £95 a week after paying rent/util bills.. maybe the finance side is your weakest part of you app ??
