i've booked me misses an appointment on the 23rd with NCS, might as well get it out of the way, i'll get the papers ready over the weekend, she using her manager and boss as referees, as they have now known her 3yrs - the reason for the delay
didn't want to waste money using NCS but the misses need her passport
