    Arrow Channel 250 UK TVFood: Market Kitchen

    Sweet & Sour Fish Dish being cooked by Chef Alegra!

    She uses Mama Sita Coconut Vinegar!

    Lots of Filipino stuff on TV at the moment!

    Thanks for letting us know it was on. The Manila section followed on nicely from Match of the Day!

    It was an interesting program. That sinigang looked great! I'm not so sure about that chocolate rice though. My wife said that the dried fish they put with it is the strongest, stinkiest dried fish of all!!! That's really saying something!

    Champorado - Chocolate Rice; is a Rice Pudding (but with chocolate flavour)
