Mindanao and Visayas are not affected... typhoon is only in LUZON though its raining a lil bit here.

Can't sleep back, so better to check on here..I've been watching our news, wow some places in manila are well damaged. But still no SCHOOL (elementary,high school,college) NO WORK in government offices except to those who worked in NDCC.(national disaster coordinating council) in NCR.
