If i make a will in UK and then get married and live in the Philippines will my British will still be recognised here or will i make a new one in the phillippines

Also can anyone recommend a decent not too expensive health care programme over there

If you're a British Citizen I'm pretty sure your UK estate will still be handled under Uk law. Your estate in the Philippines may be handled differently though.
I can put you in touch with a chap who deals with wills in the UK if you'd like to message me with your details. He should be able to find out ref international concerns if he doesnt already know.

I am not sure if you can be a member of Philippine Health Insurance (PhilHealth)...
You can ask...
all you need to do is file an application and pay monthly contribution as a Volunteer Member (ask them if you are qualified though (even if British Citizen), but I guess they might accept you as you are going to be giving money to the Philippine government - that's the cheapest & easiest route...or also, if your soon to be your wife is a PhilHealth Member already, she can declare you as her dependent or beneficiary... this will help you pay half or more than half of hospitalization bills etc...)

Social Security System (SSS) & Pag-Ibig Fund too...

Or buy a Private Health INsurance there (again with monthly contribution, more costly than the PhilHealth)...
