your applying for ILR not your hubby, and its good your working, but as long as your husband is not claiming 'more' of a benefit because your there with him, hopefully you shouldn't have a problem. many people will be losing their jobs.
most ILR are granted, especially if your married to a brit, do a budget of your incomings and out goings, and you shouldn't have a problem
