You've already booked, but signup now, and then KEEP THE BOARDING TICKETS, they should have an online means to apply for them on your return.
For those that do not collect airmiles....STUPID!!!! You are paying for them in the price of the ticket, and two flights to the Phil get you more than enough for a free European flight.
