I lost 6kg of avoirdupois in just over a month in pinas,probably because of my refusal to eat any pork products,but I had a decadent brekkie this morning,soft-boiled free-range eggs and multigrain wholewheat toast
I could never stomach bacon after staying in a village the eve before fiesta,the sound of pig squeals all night long kept me awake
