Just curious - first culture shock you had the first time you got here

Out of curiousity, i just wanna know what were the first culture shock (if you had one) some of you filipinas encountered the moment u got here in uk.

I heard of one pinay from the Boondoks who upon her first visit to Tesco thought the dog food tins contained.............Yup,you guessed it
I also heard another tale of a lady who saw a TNT delivery company lorry and thought it was a roundup vehicle looking to catch tago ng tago's

I don't think that's a culture shock I think it has more got to do with ignorance
