Hi ive just joined, hope somewhere on this site ( but cant seem to find it yet ) we might find the answers to our many questions. My philippino wife is Teresita and myself I am Rodney Uk born .( Teresita has a uk passport for 18 years ) living here in the uk, and we would like to retire to the philippines very soon ,

She has a house there allready , and we really need some expert or those who know help on a few important things were having trouble finding out before we sell up here or rent our house here ? and also important philippine goverments retirement visa scheme ( or not to bother ) questions , also tax in the philippines or be taxed still in the uk questions, I would like to ask if any members can advis first of all which section of this forum site to ask all these things, we need to find out please and thank you so much for any newbie guidance . please exuse grammer and spelling, worlds worst speller . Thanks all, I posted questions but it got moved , what ever that means ! on general chat forum, seems my simple mistake posting twice the same sort of question did not go down well with some guy or gal ? but it was a simple mistake as I thought the first time I posted the questions it failed to go through, exept it yet it did so two post on the same questions was frowned on , , So moderator issue could be I really dont know . . Nothing wrong, mate.

I just merged the posts into one, otherwise you would have to follow so many links and may loose track.

We all done something similar at times, especially if the connection is extremely slow and you are not sure if the post went through, so click again.....

I posted a couple of links, related to your plight, have a good read, they are very helpful.
