need help pls.! can anyone suggest any immigration advisers for appeals?

My daughter's settlement visa application has been refused, our hearts were broken, we are just waiting for the documents to arrive here in UK, we are gonna make the appeal directly from here, and please can anyone suggests or knows any immigration adviser that we can ask for help?

    Thank you so much.

yes why was she refused?, and depending on the reason for the refusal, it might be better if you appealed in the phils, as it might be possible to get your visa app reconsidered by the embassy, instead of going to appeal.

but as dom has said, get some free advice first from IAS or your local law centre.

You should seek the help immediately of the following UK Immigration Attorney, who specializes in Filipino Immigration appeals, I know this person personally, he has a successful track record of positive decisions at the appeals tribunal in Feltham Middlesex.

Mr Colin Harris of Harris and Co.
    Soveriegn House,
    1 Albert Place
    Ballards Lane
    (Near Finchley Central Station London)
    LONDON N3

    0208 349 8110

His fees for appeal case preparation are very reasonable, considering what could be charged for this work.

    Best of Luck

Allso Colin can be rreached on 079710 1022318

All I would ask is that if you do contact Colin Harris, please tell him Pete Bennett of UK Filipino, referred you.

    Many thanks
