Crispy Pata although on Friday we poped in to Jamies Favourite supermarket and they had a Precooked Roast pork. It reminded the Wife and I of Lechon. As it had been spit roasted rahter than baked in a oven as we normally do.
Oh lord why did you make so many clothes and shoe shops

It doesn't do much for my circumference but, hey, everything tastes good.....

I hardly miss anything cause here in Preston, I can get most of the Philippines stuff that I want. Even chicken feet, if I wanted to. The only thing that I can't get here is malonggay. Thanks to Ate Ping for telling me the substitute now I am enjoying more my tinolang manok with green papaya and wild racket(instead of malonngay or pepper leaves) and ginger.
I made my own Pandesal, Spanish Bread Rolls, Siopao, Embutido, Langgonisa,Puto and lots of filipino foods.

It's good to have money and the things that money can buy, but it's good to check up once in a while to make sure you haven't lost the things that money can't buy.

When I'm in Philippines I miss fish and chips! And I sometimes find myself thinking "Corr I would kill for a pint of Guiness right now! And I would do an attempt to murder for a pint of Fosters!

My wifey got excited at the pics of Filipino dishes you posted here hehe
