If u remember I posted about my unfair dismissal and me going to employment tribunal due to my job being dismissed whilst my visa is on process? ( Sorry i dont know how to post a link)
The employment tribunal accepted my case and been going on since March, and I had a result just last week.
The company told me that my Manager is the one who have not pass all the information that they need. So they will re-employ me and give a backdated cheque since the day of my termination last Feb up to now. And Ill be working also in a different department because i told them that I dont like to work with my manager again as I cant work with a person I cant trust.
Problem solve and Im just waiting for my visa to arrived
