I opened a PNB account in 1993 in the Dumaguete branch,several months later I went to Cebu shopping and popped into a PNB to withdraw money,wasnt allowed as my money was deposited in a different branch(DGTE)My money,I had the bank book with me,but I couldnt make a withdrawlI closed my account shortly thereafter
