Hi everyone. We are planning to submit our fiancee visa application at the start of June, I'm a little confused, if we are to pay for the visa in advance of submitting it how soon do we do it and also can I pay online using an English bank account? many thanks for your help.

Hi Smiler these is an excerpt from VFS Website:

IF YOU ARE PAYING YOUR VISA APPLICATION FEE IN CASH AT ANY OF OUR FOUR MEMBER BANKS (SCB, METROBANK, BPI, OR BDO) PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE BANK VISA APPLICATION FEE RECEIPT WILL BE VALID FOR 45 DAYS FROM DATE OF ISSUE . PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION WITHIN 45 DAYS OF YOUR VISA FEE PAYMENT OTHERWISE YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE FORFEITED AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

I don't think you can pay online using your bank account, It has to be with their accredited banks
