Yes, all gun sport offends me, including target shooting and clay pigeons, just because they use guns, which in my opinion should be restricted only to the military. I want to see guns totally removed from the public perception of a normal life. Just having them around makes life more dangerous in my view. I am sorry that those who love them would lose out but if it becomes a majority view then they will have to accept it. I just hope Obama shows the way in the USA and gets tough with the NRA! No, I have never felt the need to drive fast because of a machismo urge. I don't feel any compulsion to prove my maleness that way, or in any other way. I accept that large parts of Asia could not be described as "civilised" in the way we are in the UK but they aspire to be like us, so as an aspiration I would encourage them to make this a target.Originally Posted by Tawi2
