yes my written english is not good because i have a learning difficultie and i cant be bothered using a spell check besides they dont always work but trust me my spoken english is great hence being able to work for many call centres in the past. uk ones that is. one thing who here who is english hates speaking to indian call centres??????????? i;m curious????? i used to work for empire direct and had to deal with them all the time thats why i left the call centre enviroment....
