I really need help with this one...
We couldn't decide which visa to get...we are torn between spouse visa and EEA family permit.
I called the British Embassy Manila this afternoon and i asked them about the difference between the two. The woman who answered me said spouse is for British nationals only while EEA family permit is for EEA citizens.
Am I getting the correct information? Please help!
It this the correct process for the following:
Spouse visa (3months to process) - ILR (2 years validity?) - Permanent Residence???? after 5 years?
EEA family (3months to apply) 6 months validity - extension - apply for residence card? I'm not sure whether this one is correct. Correct me if I'm wrong. - 5 years residency?
I'm really confused with the process....I've been gathering information about this for 3 weeks now...
Those who have gone through the EEA family permit....please help..
