I would like to ask if someone here knows how to apply for family permit?
That would be the best solution that my boyfriend and I came up with. Since, he's a Hungarian, he can get me by applying for a family permit.
We are planning to have the wedding in the Philippines, secure all the documents and most probably I will file the visa here in Malaysia?
I would like to know also how long should I wait for the visa to be released and since the validity of family permit is 6 months, what should I do next? When I arrive to UK, can we directly apply for residence card. Can I still work there during those times? How long does it take to apply for it?
