In the US you need to have a Health Care Plan (not free).
In PI if you want a private doctor and a private room you need to have lots of disposable cash to pay out. Yes there is the PhilHealth & SSS but some are only being benefited by these if they are properly employed or have properly filed as members to claim their benefits...
