Ah a plus account!....you were taken infront of a queue?? . I have never seen that kind of thing. What if you were told to take the place before me? i will feel belittled,!
I thought people here are very polite.. (pls correct me if i'm wrong).
What i notice is they have a separate lane to service premiere acct holders and/or an express lane (this is normal in every bank).
Yea i'm referring to married individuals opening an acct. I just enquire about the id's needed to present not after the kind of treatment they give.
