Married Or Maiden name on spouse ID Cards?

Let me clarify. You put your married name on FLR even though passport was in maiden name? The ID card stated your married name? You then amended passport afterwards to show married name. Is that correct? If so, I think my wife should do same. However, someone else stated that FLR came back with maiden name. Seems like they are not consistent.

The difference now John is we did not received an ID card, because i applied mine in 2007

If u wanted to make sure ammend the passport first but knowing right now, you need to go to London to apply for the ammendment and can get it also same day? (not sure about this but i will try to confirm it for you )
