I just talked to my friend and she told me that when she applied for FLR and passport has not been ammended, the name in the card is her single name. Ammend the passport then apply for the FLR. And also as far as I know you need to go to Philippine Embassy to ammend and report the marriage as they dont accept post? Im not sure about this but thats what ive been told
