ILR application

Hi!
can anyone help me pls as im a bit confused abt my ILR Application.What should be the basis Visa expiration or Arrival here in the Uk?need reply asap pls thanks much!

It's a combination of the two.

If you came here on a spouse visa you should apply for ILR before your visa expires but on or after the date which is 28 days before the date on which you would have been in the UK 2 years (ie you need to have been in the UK just over 23 months). If this is not possible because you delayed your journey after you got your visa then you should contact the BIA for advice, because they may required you to apply for FLR.
